Beyond the Frame spotlights the MoCP’s permanent collection of more than 16,500 works as a rich resource for harnessing visual literacy skills. This exhibition is organized by Kristin Taylor, Curator of Academic Programs and Collections.
This exhibition brings together works by over 50 artists from the museum’s collection, including Beaumont Newhall, Ken Josephson, Paul Mpagi Sepuya, Vera Lutter, Aaron Siskind, Sally Mann, Yasuhiro Ishimoto, James Van Der Zee, LaToya Ruby Frazier, Kurt Weston, Manuel Alvarez Bravo, Robert Mapplethorpe, Edward Steichen, and many others.
